Good decisions start with good conversations. Skilled facilitation surfaces what really needs to be discussed.

 

I very often find that the conversations that are being avoided, are usually the ones that are most needed.

 

Which is why facilitating conversations is a key part of what I do in all of my work – helping people to come together, to explore a particular topic, and make decisions together.

I do this when I am co-creating Impact Models, guiding Strategic Decisions, or Evaluating an organisation, service or programme.

 

But I also offer standalone facilitation of meetings, away days, and sessions.

 

How we can work together

I aim to make this as affordable as possible, particularly for smaller charities, whilst acknowledging how valuable a well facilitated meeting can be in making progress.

My fees include planning, facilitation and write up of insights and recommendations from the the meeting.
